O’Brien Electrical and Air Conditioning Warana, formerly Laser Electrical Warana, is a locally owned and operated business which continuously strives to provide the Sunshine Coast with highly reliable electrical and air-conditioning services.
Our team of qualified electricians have a long standing history of servicing a large and diverse client base ranging from commercial and residential property managers, fit-out and maintenance of retail chains, community organisations right through to working with some of the Sunshine Coast’s and Brisbane’s most prominent builders and developers within the domestic and commercial sectors.

OHS is a crucial component within our business. Our company policy is to set a high standard of health and safety for our staff and for our clients. In achieving these standards, we have implemented the MEA Safety Program program. Our chaired meetings and regular external audits ensure our staff is committed to their own safety and also to the safety of others on every work site.
Social Responsibility
We believe in giving back to the communities of which we are a part of. Through charity events on both a national and a local level, organisations we have supported include Beyond Blue and the Gold Coast Youth Services.
